“Until Cancelled” Authorizations
Effective July 1, 2022, the following purchase of services are written as “until cancelled” which means that these authorizations are automatically renewed in the system on June 30 of every year, UNTIL the CM cancels the authorization: Service Code 905, 915, 920, 862, 520, 065.
