Passwords expire every 90 days:
To access your User Profile page after logged in, click on "My Profile" to update your password - see expiration date. Update password a few days before password expires.

 

Authorizations are emailed to the Service Providers main
contact person appointed as the Vendor Administrator user
role within the eBilling System.
