2026 February Payment Schedule (EFT/ Direct Deposits will reflect the next day):
February 4th: SDP Payments/ Deadline to Submit for February 9th Payment
February 9th: POS & SDP Payment
February 12th: POS & SDP Payment
February 19th: POS & SDP Payment
February 26th: POS & SDP Payment


Special Guidelines for Fiscal Year 23-24 Payment Deadlines:
Invoices that need payment for Fiscal Year 23-24 (July 2023 through June 2024) must be submitted to WRC by April 15th, 2026 to make the Fiscal Year Rollover Deadline. This allows sufficient time for the claims to be processed and approved by DDS before the official July 1st 2026, rollover date. Any submissions after the deadline will not be processed. Payment Scheduling:
Our first check run of the month will be on the 10th and 11th of the month for vendors who submit their invoices by the 4th. For vendors who submit billing after the 4th, we will process payments every Thursday. Vendors who are set up for direct deposit will receive their payment the following day. Vendors who receive a check will have their check mailed out to them on that day.

Direct Deposit:
Vendors that are on Direct Deposit will have their payment deposited directly into their account regardless of when you have submitted your billing. Your payment detail will be posted on your E-Billing payments tab. You will no longer be receiving a paper remittance in the mail.
